Return/Exchange Period
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. If it’s been 7 days since you received your order, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
We will always encourage and exchange first to get the correct item to you. To be eligible for either exchange or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that returns must be made based on genuine reasons such as a product defect. Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are generally non-returnable, but if you believe you received the wrong item or there’s a defect, please contact us to discuss your options.
Shipping Costs
For returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will gladly cover the shipping fees. In such cases, please contact our customer service team, and we will can discuss the situation.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return/exchnage policy conditions. After a thorough review, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. If the item is not in its original condition, or if there are signs of wear or damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
